At Southern California Rheumatology, we understand that timely, accurate diagnostic testing is essential to managing rheumatic and autoimmune conditions effectively. That’s why we offer comprehensive in-house laboratory services, allowing us to perform complex testing right here in our office — saving you time and helping your care team make informed decisions faster.

Our in-house lab is equipped to handle a wide range of specialized testing, including:

• Autoimmune Panels — including ANA (antinuclear antibody) and rheumatoid factor testing, key markers used in diagnosing and monitoring conditions such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, and other autoimmune disorders
• Vitamin D Levels — essential for assessing bone health and a common consideration in the management of rheumatic disease
• QuantiFERON‐TB Gold Testing — a blood test used to screen for tuberculosis exposure, often required before starting certain biologic or immunosuppressive therapies

By performing these tests on-site, we’re able to:
